Staying at the International Hotel in London during the London Marathon was practical for my needs, especially as a fellow traveler from across the pond. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, making it easy to catch up on work, and the 24-hour reception was handy when my schedule went off track. The bar/lounge area offered a nice spot to unwind after a long day, and I appreciated the luggage storage option, which made my trip hassle-free. Unfortunately, my room felt a bit stuck in time, but it served its purpose as a business traveler's haven. While the hotel had a few quirks-like a blocked sink and a surprise room change-the overall functionality and decent pricing made it suitable for a short stay in bustling London.
